Earn Extra Money, Work From Home, Flexible Hours

interested in working from the comfort of your own home by assembling Heat Shrink connectors?

  • Work from home. Earn extra money in your free time.  Already have a job, no problem because the hours are completely flexible.
  • This is NOT free money, it’s an opportunity to earn money for your work. The more you work, the more you can earn.
  • You are in control of the days and hours that you work. You make your own schedule.
  • No experience necessary.
  • Minimum investment* required to get started.
  • You will be an independent contractor subcontracting to a local manufacturing company, NSPA, who has been in business in Pensacola since 1980.
  • You will be assembling heat shrink connectors. These typically consist of a tin-plated, copper bare part and a cut-length of heat shrink tubing.  The tubing is put over the bare part and partially recovered (heated) with a hot air gun.
  • NSPA will issue you a production ticket (purchase order) and supply you the raw material components to complete the assembly. You bring back the assembled connectors by the due date listed on the production ticket.  Each finished good (connector) has an associated labor rate tied to it.  We will receive, inspect, and pay you for all completed items.  The connectors MUST meet the production criteria on the production ticket
* By law, subcontractors must provide their own tools and work equipment to support their work. However, we do have a hot air gun you can purchase for those who qualify.

Please watch the video below to see how our product is assembled. To proceed, fill out the application at the bottom of the page.

Subcontractors pick up (and return) work from NSPA’s back entrance (see map on left), you can access our back entrance by traveling south on N. 12th Ave or traveling east on E. Belmont St from N. 9th Ave. You can pick-up and drop-off work between 8AM and 3:45PM.  Please do not come to our front office, we will just send you to the back entrance on the other side of Lions Park. Our back entrance DOES NOT have a physical address, but if you enter “1120 E Belmont, Pensacola, FL 32501” into your map software, the results will take you to our adjacent neighbor’s property (right across the street).

Work is due no later than 2 weeks from the pickup date. However, you may return your work early (the sooner, the better).

Please inform us via the comment section of the Subcontractor Work Request Form as soon as you know you will need an extension. You may extend your due date by no more than 1 week. We have customers waiting for the parts that you are working on.

Your performance will dictate how much work we assign to you.

ALL subcontractors are paid by Direct Deposit (ACH). A bank account is required. Independent contractors are paid the applicable per piece rate for all returned finish goods that meet that part’s specification. We do not pay for any parts that are not made to specification.

Once your work is returned to NSPA, it will be received and checked for quality.  All pieces made to specification will be counted by our team and then you will be paid the per piece rate within 3 business days from the return date.

Do not let these parts mix with your finished parts. Secure them separately and simply return the extra components with your finished parts.

We allow a learning curve for new contractors and new-to-you parts. However, once you are established, if your bad parts exceed 5% of your completed work, we will have to charge the cost of the ruined components. At our discretion, we may also inactivate your account (no work will be given to you). It is in your best interest to only make acceptable finished goods that meet the outlined specification.

Please make sure that you initial page 1 and 2 of the manufacturing contract, also signatures are required on: page 3 of the manufacturing contract, page 4 of the ACH enrollment, page 2 of the purchase contract for heat guns & accessories (if applicable), page 1 of the Heat Gun Credit Card Authorization form if you are purchasing a heat gun from NSPA, and page 1 of the W-9 form. Please fill out all (applicable) documents completely. With your documents we will need either a Voided Check or a Direct Deposit Form from your bank with your bank’s Routing# and your Bank Account#.

Please email ESP@nspa.com or use the comment section of the Work Request website here: https://forms.office.com/r/C3VCqcrJvJ to communicate with NSPA.
